• Create rules for reminders: With/without periodic repetition; number of days until 1st reminder, until 2nd reminder; duration of reminder; with/without confirmation.
• Define tasks, link them to reminder rules, set them as serial appointments, automatically shift appointments (e.g. to the next working day)
• Broad filter selection for assigning tasks to employees (by employment contract, qualification, area, etc.)
• Clear list views with past, current and future tasks/appointments
• In the roster: Automatic colour coding of corresponding days for employees to whom tasks/appointments relate.
